Does it preserve the original formatting?

Yes. Tables, images, headers, footers, columns, and page numbers are all preserved. You receive a finished document, not just translated text you have to rebuild.

Does it handle Arabic and English direction switching?

Yes. When you translate between Arabic and English, the layout uses the correct direction. English names, brand names, or numbers inside Arabic text stay the right way around, and reference numbers are protected from unintended changes.

What kinds of files can I translate?

Word documents and digital PDFs — the everyday files you export from Word, Google Docs, or your business systems. Every one comes back fully formatted and ready to use. Photos or scans of pages aren't supported yet — VeriFluent works on real digital files, not pictures of pages. Your workspace admin sets the upload limits.

How does pricing work?

VeriFluent uses prepaid VeriCredit packages. Every translation can be estimated before it is queued, then the approved fixed quote is charged when the job completes.

Can I review the output before I trust it?

Yes. Every job can route to a human reviewer for side-by-side approval before it's final, so a person signs off on the result — not just the machine.

No. We produce translations to a professional standard, but whether a translation is accepted for a specific official purpose is decided by the receiving authority. Confirm the required form and standard with that body before you submit.

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of VeriFluent's document-translation platform, websites and related services (the "Services"). By creating a workspace, purchasing VeriCredits or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully. Where you have signed a separate enterprise agreement with VeriFluent, that agreement governs to the extent it conflicts with these Terms.

The Services

VeriFluent provides AI-assisted document translation with formatting preservation and an optional human-review workflow, together with the tools to manage documents, jobs, reviews and your workspace. Translations are produced to a professional standard, but acceptance by any court, ministry or other receiving authority is determined by that authority — VeriFluent does not guarantee that a translation will be accepted for any particular official purpose. Always confirm the required form and standard with the body that will receive your document.

Accounts And Workspaces

You are responsible for your workspace, for the members you invite, and for keeping sign-in credentials secure. Access is governed by roles and permissions you control. You must have the legal right to upload, translate and store every document you submit, and you must not upload content you are not authorized to process. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your workspace.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to process unlawful content, to infringe the rights of others, or to submit material you have no right to. You must not attempt to breach platform security, access another tenant's data, circumvent workspace isolation or usage limits, reverse-engineer the Services, or resell them without a written agreement. We may suspend access that puts the platform, other customers or third parties at risk.

VeriCredits, Pricing And Payment

Usage is metered in VeriCredits, purchased as one-time or recurring packages. Pricing is quote-before-charge: the price shown when you approve a translation job is the amount charged for that job, snapshotted at start; later pricing changes apply only to new jobs. Payments are handled by our third-party payment processor. Refunds, where applicable, follow the refund terms presented at purchase. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase.

Your Content And Deliverables

You retain all ownership of the documents you upload and of the translations produced for you. You grant VeriFluent a limited licence to store and process your content solely to provide and support the Services. VeriFluent does not use your documents or translations to train AI models. How your content is handled is described in our Privacy Policy and, for business customers, our Data Processing Agreement.

Service Availability

We work to keep the Services reliable and available, but except where a separate service-level agreement has been signed, the Services are provided without a guaranteed uptime commitment. We may perform maintenance and may change or discontinue features. Our reliability posture and any incident information are described on our Status & Reliability page.

Disclaimers And Limitation Of Liability

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." Machine and human-assisted translation is a professional tool; responsibility for legal, financial and official decisions based on a translation remains with you. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VeriFluent disclaims implied warranties and limits its aggregate liability arising from the Services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Termination

You may stop using the Services and close your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or where required to protect the platform. On termination, your content is handled in line with the retention terms in our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement.

Changes And Contact

We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be communicated and the "last updated" date above will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
