Does it preserve the original formatting?

Yes. Tables, images, headers, footers, columns, and page numbers are all preserved. You receive a finished document, not just translated text you have to rebuild.

Does it handle Arabic and English direction switching?

Yes. When you translate between Arabic and English, the layout uses the correct direction. English names, brand names, or numbers inside Arabic text stay the right way around, and reference numbers are protected from unintended changes.

What kinds of files can I translate?

Word documents and digital PDFs — the everyday files you export from Word, Google Docs, or your business systems. Every one comes back fully formatted and ready to use. Photos or scans of pages aren't supported yet — VeriFluent works on real digital files, not pictures of pages. Your workspace admin sets the upload limits.

How does pricing work?

VeriFluent uses prepaid VeriCredit packages. Every translation can be estimated before it is queued, then the approved fixed quote is charged when the job completes.

Can I review the output before I trust it?

Yes. Every job can route to a human reviewer for side-by-side approval before it's final, so a person signs off on the result — not just the machine.

This Privacy Policy explains what information VeriFluent collects, how we use it, and the choices and rights you have. It applies to our document-translation platform and websites. We built VeriFluent so your documents stay inside your workspace, on UAE-based infrastructure, visible only to the people you choose — these are honest controls, not badges we do not hold.

Information We Collect

We collect the documents and content you submit for translation, account and workspace details (such as name, email and role), and operational data needed to run the Services — job metadata, usage, billing records and security logs. We do not seek sensitive personal data beyond what your documents contain; you decide which documents to upload.

How We Use Your Information

We use your content solely to provide the translation Services you request — profiling, translation, quality review, terminology and delivery — and to operate, secure, support and bill for the platform. We do not use your documents or translations to train AI models, and we do not sell your personal data. Aggregate, non-identifying operational metrics may be used to monitor and improve reliability.

Data Residency And Hosting

Your documents are stored and processed on UAE-based infrastructure, giving genuine in-country data residency. Translation is performed through configured AI providers under our platform controls; a job snapshots the provider and settings in force at the time it runs. Where a provider processes content to fulfil a translation, that processing serves your job only and is not used to train models.

Isolation, Access And Security

Content is sealed to your workspace and isolated from every other tenant, in every query and storage operation. People see only what their role allows; in-browser previews are watermarked and view-only, so the original bytes of a document never leave your control unless you download it. Secrets are handled write-only — stored through a secret manager, never exposed back to the browser. Every meaningful action is recorded in a tenant-scoped audit trail.

Retention And Deletion

We keep your content for as long as your workspace needs it and in line with retention and legal-hold settings that apply to your documents. You can delete documents subject to policy, and when your workspace is closed, content is handled per the retention terms then in effect. Some records (for example billing and security logs) are kept for the period required by law or legitimate business need.

Sharing With Service Providers

We share data only with the processors needed to run the Services — for example our AI translation providers, cloud hosting, and a payment processor for purchases. Each is engaged to act on our instructions to provide the Services. For business customers, our Data Processing Agreement describes these relationships and the applicable safeguards.

Your Rights And Choices

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing.
